The Log Cabin, set upon a 100 acre property is the epitome of comfort, isolation, getting away from it all. Spectacular views onto age old natural rainforest, ... read a book or write a book, surrounded by nature and its silence, sounds and sights.
The property has, in the past many years, been used as location for Film Making. Many Hollywood celebrities have worked here. There is a full movie set with several buildings.
The closest neighbouring house is about 500 Meters away, allowing complete privacy in this unique "get away".
This Log Cabin is the ultimate luxury for those who seek tranquility, quiet, nature, greenery.
A place to meditate, recharge your batteries. Perfectly suited for the Couple seeking a break from the "rat race", seeking a romantic break.

PETS WELCOME. There are no other pets around except for the natural SE QLD wildlife.

The Log Cabin has been on Airbnb since early May 2015, and June was 50 % Capacity. A great result considering that it still is probably a "best kept secret", :-)

"Daniel was flexible about arrival time and met us when we arrived to show us the property. While it was a little more overgrown than the photos show and the views toward the coast are not as expansive as we expected, the property is still a unique experience for a few days of tranquillity. We stayed for 3 nights and surprisingly did not miss TV or dishwasher! The cabin has a wonderful wood burner fire with very comfortable bed and bedding that makes this a unique log cabin experience. The large outside decks with outlook into the trees are very relaxing. The cooking facilities are basic but adequate for 2 or 3 days. The bottled water and coffee machine were very welcome."

Only an hour and a half to Brisbane CBD, 45 Minutes to the Gold Coast. Tamborine Mt has numerous restaurants and café's, offering food from many parts of the world.
You are alone on this property, just you, your loved one and nature.
The Cabin has a fully equipped kitchen, Including a Nescafe Pods coffee machine, the local shops are very well stocked, as are the restaurants.
Neighbours are far away enough to feel isolation, 500 Meters :-)
From several spots on the property, there is uninterupted view onto the Gold Coast.
The week rate represents 1 night at higher rate for free.
The monthly rate represents about 4 nights at higher rate for free.
No public transport available, Taxi at call 24/7. Parking your vehicle on site is available. From Airport, the best transport is by taxi.

If you wish, you can place your order directly with them as "take away ", and we will pick the meals up, put them in the fridge in the Log Cabin, and then you serve yourself at will during your stay. No need to get in the car, giving you the opportunity to do ... absolutely nothing, :-)

Including horses, conditions apply.
I have 4 mares placidly roaming the pasture in front of the Log Cabin. A gorgeous sight to look at with the rain forest as back drop.
